In the Hunt

My last two weeks of college golf here at Trinity University have been better than the first few to say the least.  I am beginning to really bond with a lot of my teammates, and I really like my coach.  As you can recall from my last post, I did not make the cut to play in the first tournament.  Since then, I have spent hour after hour working on my game.  Golf is a game of patience and dedication; getting back in your groove after you've been in a slump isn't easy.  And this slump particularly has been especially hard for me to shake off.  Since my last post I have made a little more progress but like i said, it's a process.  I just hope I can step up and start playing well before cuts are made.  As of now my goal isn't to make the traveling squad by next tournament but to make the team period.  If i don't start shooting lower scores, and soon, I am in danger of losing my spot on the team.  These next few weeks are about to get very interesting, I just hope I can keep up with the rest of the team.  I will keep you posted.
